Montpellier, 31/01/2023 – DATASURE today announced that it has been qualified by France’s National Cyber Security Agency (ANSSI) under Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014, known as “eIDAS”, for its qualified electronic timestamp service.
Following this decision, DATASURE becomes a qualified trust service provider (QTSP) under section 3 of the aforementioned European regulation and joins the national trust list.
Obtaining the ANSSI security visa through the “eIDAS” qualification is a strategic move by DATASURE to guarantee its customers its ability to offer robust and legally reliable services. This makes DATASURE the only service provider specialising in intellectual property to obtain government recognition for one of its trust services.
To guarantee the digital sovereignty of its infrastructure, DATASURE has chosen French partners who are aware of the current issues of security and emancipation from the extraterritorial laws of foreign countries.
DATASURE has benefited from the OUTSCALE for Entrepreneurs start-up accelerator programme to develop its R&D services on the sovereign cloud of OUTSCALE (a Dassault Systèmes brand), which has been qualified as SecNumCloud by the ANSSI. Given the importance of its customers’ data (intellectual property, business secrets, etc.), DATASURE guarantees an end-to-end chain of trust by combining legal recognition with technical expertise.
